Where Did The Time Go?

I've been in a long distance relationship for almost 8 years now and I still can't believe it's been that long. It's crazy how love can make you patient when you're extremely impatient.

These past couple of years has been tough for us, especially with the pandemic going on. But we're still here, fighting.

A Quick Break

I didn't realize that it's been months since my last post here. I've wanted to write but I couldn't get myself to write a single word these past few months. A lot has happened!

Happy New Year! I was able to go home to my family in the province for the holidays and I never actually got round to writing about it. I thought I'd post some of the photos here!

The Difference a Year Can Make

Well, it's been almost a year since I moved away from home. Almost a year of being away from my family, almost a year of living alone, almost a year away from my comfort zone and everything that I know about. Almost a year of improving and getting to know myself more. 

There are days that I love it so much and then there are days that I hate the crippling loneliness that comes with it. All part of the journey, right? 😁

This is actually not my first time to move away from home and live on my own, but this time it's different. The first time I had to move away is because of a completely different reason... This time, there's no fear and anger inside me. This time, it is so much better.
